ThePeakMale ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at mindagequiz.com and related digital properties, as well as a subscription email newsletter and community for men aged 35 and older. Our mission is to help men reverse aging, optimize cognitive performance, and continue to peak in every area of life.

- To send promotional communications — We may send you emails featuring affiliate product recommendations, special offers, and third-party promotions relevant to men's health and cognitive performance
- To personalize your experience — Your score category may be used to send you content and offers relevant to your specific result tier
- To run and optimize paid advertising — We use aggregated and anonymized data, along with Meta Pixel events, to optimize our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- To build retargeting audiences — Meta Pixel data may be used to create custom and lookalike audiences for advertising purposes on Meta platforms
- To improve our Services — Aggregated analytics data is used to improve the quiz experience, email content, and overall user journey

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal email address to unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Meta Pixel & Advertising
We operate a Meta Pixel (Pixel ID: 954447674225008) on our web properties. The Meta Pixel is a piece of JavaScript code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. that allows us to measure, optimize, and build audiences for our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Through the Meta Pixel, the following events are tracked:
- PageView — Recorded when any user loads a page on our website
- Lead — Recorded when a user successfully submits their email address on the quiz
This data is used to:
- Measure the effectiveness of our paid advertising campaigns
- Optimize ad delivery to users most likely to convert
- Build Custom Audiences of past visitors for retargeting purposes
- Create Lookalike Audiences to reach new users similar to our existing subscribers
Meta Data Use: Data collected via the Meta Pixel is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. and governed by Meta's own Data Policy available at facebook.com/privacy/explanation. To opt out of Meta's interest-based advertising, visit your Facebook Ad Preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences or use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — Our email marketing and CRM platform. Your name, email address, quiz score, and score category are transmitted to GHL via webhook for the purposes of sending your results report and subsequent email communications. GHL acts as a data processor on our behalf
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — Aggregated and event-level data shared via the Meta Pixel for advertising optimization as described in Section 6
- Affiliate networks — When you click an affiliate link in our content, the affiliate network may set its own tracking cookies. We do not share your name or email address with affiliate partners
- Legal requirements — We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others
- Business transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email prior to your data being transferred and becoming subject to a different privacy policy
All third-party service providers who process data on our behalf are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
Email Communications & Opt-Out
By submitting your email address through any ThePeakMale web property, you consent to receiving commercial email communications from us. These may include your quiz results report, our regular newsletter, promotional emails featuring affiliate offers, and occasional announcements.
You can unsubscribe at any time. Every email we send includes a clearly visible "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. Clicking this link will remove you from our mailing list within 10 business days, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive marketing emails from ThePeakMale, though we may retain a record of your email address on our suppression list to ensure you are not re-added inadvertently.
If you have difficulty unsubscribing via email link, you may also request removal by contacting us directly at the address in Section 16. Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed.
Please note that unsubscribing from our email list does not delete your personal data from our systems. To request full deletion of your data, see Section 11.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- Active subscriber data — Retained for as long as your email subscription remains active
- Unsubscribed user data — Your email address is retained on our suppression list indefinitely to prevent re-subscription against your wishes. Other personal data may be deleted upon request
- Quiz response data — Retained in our CRM for analytical and segmentation purposes for up to 3 years, unless you request earlier deletion
- Technical and analytics data — Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify individual users
When personal data is no longer required, we will delete or anonymize it in a secure manner. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time as described in Section 11.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- Transmission of data via HTTPS encrypted connections
- Use of reputable, industry-standard third-party platforms (GoHighLevel) with their own security certifications and protocols
- Limiting access to personal data to authorized personnel only

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. To submit a CCPA request, contact us at the email address in Section 16 with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.
For the purposes of CCPA disclosure, in the preceding 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email address), internet or network activity (browsing behavior via Meta Pixel), and inferences drawn from quiz responses to create a profile about your cognitive health interests.
Children's Privacy
ThePeakMale's Services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. Our content, quiz, and newsletter are designed for men aged 35 and above.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13, or under the age of 16 where applicable under GDPR. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the applicable age threshold, we will delete that information promptly.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 16 so we can take appropriate action.
Third-Party Links & Affiliate Sites
Our quiz results pages, email newsletters, and other content may contain links to third-party websites, including affiliate partner websites. When you click on these links, you will be directed to an external site that is not operated by ThePeakMale.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. The inclusion of a link to a third-party site does not constitute an endorsement of that site's privacy practices.
We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by ThePeakMale through our own web properties and email communications.
When you click an affiliate link, the third-party affiliate network may place tracking cookies on your device to record the referral. This is governed by the affiliate network's own privacy policy and is separate from any data we collect.
